Customer Friendly Numbers

0845 Numbers are considered to be 'Customer Friendly' as UK Callers will only be charged a Local Call Rate no matter where in the UK they are calling from; 3.95 Pence per Minute Daytime, 1 Pence per Minute Evenings and Weekends from a BT Line.

No Inbound Call Charges

We do not charge to Route 0845 Number Calls to a UK Landline Number. Some other Operators, like BT, charge 3.5 Pence per Minute for Inbound Calls - plus - £10 per Month Service Charge for the same service!

Once-Off Connection Charge - No Line Rental or Service Charge

There is just a Once-Off Connection Charge for our Numbers, this price is set according to how 'Memorable' a Number is. The Connection Charges are the same across all of our Number Ranges.

There is no Line Rental to pay, and no Monthly or Annual Service Charge, Once you have paid the Connection Charge for a Number, it is yours for life.

Call Routing Charges

These are the Charges for Routing (diverting or forwarding) the Calls made to your 0800 Number to other Numbers or Services. Call Charges are billed by the Second and there is no Connection or Minimum Call Charge. Prices are in Pence per Minute and exclude VAT.
